Co-living: Outsite Santa Teresa at Maramar Community

Outsite is designed to bring balance — between work and play, connection and solitude. The property has a modern tropical aesthetic: natural wood, open-air lounges, and minimalistic decor that lets the jungle do the talking. Guests share spaces for cooking, working, and relaxing.

Amenities OutSite

What makes Outsite special is a co-working area with ergonomic desks, a/c and also open-air workspaces with ocean breeze and birdsong as background noise. Weekly community dinners, yoga classes, and skill-sharing events keep the social energy alive —

Unique Ocean View, ATV required

Outsite Santa Teresa sits high on a hill overlooking the jungle— a privileged spot that rewards you with sweeping ocean views and peaceful surroundings away from the main road. Getting there, however, requires a 4×4 vehicle or ATV and a confident driver: the steep road leading up can be challenging, especially during the rainy season.

Why we love it:

When I was younger I could not even think that a place like this exist. Outsite embodies the evolution of travel — where comfort, purpose, and community meet. It’s ideal for solo travelers, and anyone who wants to live by the ocean without giving up an active routine.

Santa Teresa is more than a beach — it’s a rhythm, a way of being.
